In 1959, after leaving the Navy, Bob started selling vacuum cleaners door to door. He knew there was a better way than knocking on doors thus National Vacuum was founded. Bob was the frontier of retail stores for vacuum cleaners. He believes in providing the best for his customers and he shops worldwide for the finest, most powerful vacuums and the best cleaning products. With nearly 60 years of experience he knows exactly what to look for.
In 1987 Bob met the love of his life, Rena, at National Vacuum. Rena was the bookkeeper at National Vacuum for many years. Rena passed away after a courageous fight against Melanoma in 2012. We all love and miss her and Bob takes a special interest in research to cure melanoma.
